Adopt A Meal on Wheels Program

Tarkio/Westboro Ministerial Alliance is sponsoring a new program this year to replace the senior baskets program that had been held in years past during the holiday season. Adopt A Meal on Wheels Program will help pay for seniors' meals in Tarkio and Fairfax. Donate to the Tarkio/Westboro Ministerial Alliance or to Tarkio Nutrition Center (suggested payment is $30, which would cover 1 month for a senior or homebound individual). Donations may be dropped off at the First Baptist Church or the Tarkio Nutrition Center.


Liberty Theatre Presents "It's A Wonderful Life" at Tarkio High

The Liberty Theatre will present "It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play" by Joe Landry Friday and Saturday, Dec. 14 & 15, at 7 pm and Sunday, Dec. 16, at 2:30 pm. Because of renovations at the Memorial Building, the play will be held at the Tarkio High School Auditorium. Tickets are $10 each. Kids 12 and under get in free with the purchase of an adult ticket. Ticket sales will open in the gym lobby an hour before the show.


"A Bethlehem Christmas"

The Tarkio Presbyterian Church Choir and Bell Choir will be giving a musical presentation, "A Bethlehem Christmas," during the worship service at 10:45 am on Sunday, Dec. 16.


Tarkio/Westboro Community Christmas Service

The Tarkio/Westboro Community Christmas Service will be held Sunday, Dec. 16, at 6 pm at the Tarkio First Baptist Church. There will be a live nativity and community communion, followed by a community soup supper.


Shop With A Cop

Rock Port and Tarkio Police Departments and the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 3, along with other volunteers from the area, will be hosting their 8th annual Shop With A Cop event Friday, Dec. 21.
